Located in the southwestern portion of Lake County, Mascotte is bordered by Groveland, Leesburg and Sumter County. Mascotte's population is 9,150 (USCB), with much growth planned to create future commercial and industrial growth, as well as the supporting residential population.
Established in the late 1800's and incorporated in 1925, the City of Mascotte "Celebrates its Culture and Community," promoting diversity and quality of life.
