Civic Center


The City of Mascotte Civic Center is located at 121 North Sunset Avenue. To rent the Civic Center, please complete the Civic Center Rental Application and bring it in to City Hall along with your payment in the form of cash, check, or money order. Payment must be received in full to reserve your date. Forms can be found below. If you have any questions, please contact Utility Billing Customer Service at 352-429-3341 option 3, followed by option 1.


Rental Fees and Information

  • $350 rental deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded within 30 days upon completion of satisfactory post rental inspection.
  • $150 (residents) plus $10.50 sales tax- Total fee with tax $160.50
  • $250 (non-residents) plus $17.50 sales tax- Total fee with tax $267.50
  • Rental of Civic Center includes:
    • Kitchen
    • Approximately 100 chairs and 30 tables
  • The Civic Center holds a maximum of 285 people.
