The City of Mascotte (“City”) is seeking to engage the services of a Professional Engineering consulting firm pursuant to Florida Statute 287.055 (the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act or CCNA) to provide design and construction phase engineering services, funding administration, and compliance services for a capital improvement project identified within the City’s Drinking Water Facilities Plan adopted by City Council in November 2021.
